Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Intimate or hygiene-related products, such as undergarments.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@tokorc.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition or returned after the 14-day period).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@tokorc.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage and your order details in your email. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
